Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Zelhart, and I am a freshman at JSU.
I am from Farmer City, Illinois and I went to Blue Ridge High School. It was a
very small school, and I graduated with about fifty kids. My parents names are
Dale and Michelle, and I have a little sister whose name is Emily.
The reason I came all the way to Jacksonville from Illinois
is because I play volleyball. I’ve been playing organized volleyball since I was
12, but I have been playing since I was about 7. I played for Illini Elite
Volleyball Club, which is how I was recruited here.
I will be majoring in Exercise Science and Wellness while at
JSU, and once I graduate, I would like to go to Physical Therapy school
somewhere in Illinois and become a physical therapist!
